Join us for a fabulous on-line Circuits evening.
In these unprecedented times, we are bringing people together via Zoom, which is a great way to exercise with each other and connect at the same time.
This a fun, motivational class to improve your strength and fitness whilst leaving you feeling energised. This class uses only bodyweight exercises and is accessible for beginners and well as more advanced individuals.
We will be running this via an app and Nicky will be hosting the evening!
