In these unprecedented times, we are bringing people together via Zoom, which is a great way to exercise with each other and connect at the same time.
This a fun, motivational class to improve your strength and fitness whilst leaving you feeling energised. This class uses only bodyweight exercises and is accessible for beginners and well as more advanced individuals.

After her own struggles with food and weight, she is now passionate about helping others find balance when it comes to exercise and nutrition, so that they can enjoy the physical and mental benefits of a healthy lifestyle for years.
