In these unprecedented times, we are bringing people together via Zoom, which is a great way to exercise with each other and connect at the same time.
A relaxing class to help relieve stress and anxiety whilst giving the body a deep stretch. This class finishes with a relaxation to leave you feeling tranquil and refreshed. This class is accessible for beginners as well as more advanced individuals, and the only equipment needed is a yoga mat.
