Join us for our new Thursday night exercise class ‘Stretch & Tone’ with Sally.
This is a yoga and Pilates-based low-impact exercise class which aims to strengthen, stretch and tone your body. Wear comfortable clothes and bare feet, and bring a yoga mat. (No weights required for the first few classes, but 1kg – 2kg weights or tins will follow in a while.)
This class is open to men and women of all ages and fitness levels.
Why do Stretch and tone?
Sally took advantage of lockdown to follow her life long passion to become a qualified Yoga teacher. Having also enjoyed ballet, and fitness classes for many years, she is now adding to her skills by training as a Barre Body instructor. She is keen to share her knowledge by sharing a holistic approach to keeping our bodies healthy and supple for life.
